5.2 No sale or sharing of mobile opt-in data for marketing

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your text messaging opt-in data or consent to third parties. Your consent to receive texts from Fresh Prints is a direct agreement between you and Fresh Prints for transactional order notifications only.

5.3 Non-sharing clause (messaging program)

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

We may use technology providers (for example, Twilio) solely to deliver SMS messages and operate our messaging infrastructure on our behalf. Those providers may process mobile numbers and message content only to send messages for Fresh Prints and must not use that data for their own marketing.
