FAQ

Common Questions

A gang sheet is a large sheet of film with multiple designs arranged on it. Instead of printing one design at a time, you pack many designs onto one 16"-wide sheet and we print it all at once — maximizing your output and lowering your cost per print.
Our minimum gang sheet order is 10 feet (120") at $37. Pricing is tiered by volume — the more footage you order, the lower the per-foot rate. A 20 ft sheet is $70, a 50 ft sheet is $160, and a 100 ft sheet is $300 ($3.00/ft).
PNG with a transparent background works best and gives the cleanest results. JPG and PDF are also accepted. Recommended resolution is 300 DPI. If your file has a white or solid-color background, use our built-in background remover before submitting.
Press at 310°F (155°C) with medium pressure for 12–15 seconds. Peel hot. For maximum durability, re-press with a silicone sheet or parchment paper for 5 more seconds. Works with any heat press, a Cricut EasyPress, or a standard iron.
Payment is collected securely at checkout via credit or debit card — right after you build your gang sheet or upload your file. You'll be redirected to a Stripe checkout page and receive an email confirmation with your order details and a download link for your files once payment clears.
Standard orders are typically ready within 2–4 business days. Priority rush orders (add $10) get next-day turnaround — your gang sheet jumps to the front of the queue. We'll email you when your order is ready for pickup or ships.
Both! Pickup is free in Greenwood, SC — we'll email you when your order is ready. We also ship nationwide for a flat $19 rate — free on orders over $130. Choose your preference when you place your order.
The gang sheet builder works on desktop and mobile. For the best experience when arranging many designs, a laptop or tablet gives you more workspace. The upload option works great from any device.
